Planning your wedding can be quite demanding
and involved,
and we have provided the following list to help you
understand what you will experience with us.
1. Contact Us with details of your wedding day, and the
wedding photography requirements as you see them.
2. We will answer any questions you may have, and provide you
with our packages and rates to provide the photographic
goods and services that you request: we're pretty flexible,
you may swap out items you may not necessarily want to buy.
3. When you have decided to hire us, we will fill out the
"Wedding Day Memories Photography Contract".
4. Once the contract is signed, a non-refundable retainer of $1200 is required:
your booking cannot be confirmed until this payment is received.
5. We would like to meet with you, 10 days or so before the event.
You can provide us with your itinerary, perhaps a few creative ideas.
We'll get to know each other a little better, helping you with your comfort level.
6. The balance owing must be paid 10 days before your wedding.
7. On your wedding day, we are responsible for setting up lighting,
other photographic equipment, and will provide full wedding coverage.
8. Within 8 weeks after the event, you will receive your images (each
uniquely numbered and organized), as 4X6 proofs in proofbooks,
and as hi-res printable j-pegs on a DVD.
9. You can select your favourite images, and we will custom design
your unique wedding day memories photo album.
